On July 16, current and former staff of the Orlando facility gathered for a memorial service to mark the life of Resident Monitor Elouise McCloud, who died July 7. In addition to a balloon release, McCloud was remembered with a memorial plaque presented to her three sons who attended, and a tree planting in her honor. Director Stephen Ricks (above right) also had a specific area designed the Elouise McCloud Rest Area.
